Full House Handyman operates two SMS programs for our customers: a transactional program for service-related messages and a marketing program for promotional messages. These terms explain what to expect, how to opt out, and how to get help.
Program. Full House Handyman operates two SMS programs: a transactional program for service-related messages, and a marketing program for promotional messages. You can opt in to either, both, or neither.
Transactional message types. Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, quote follow-ups, post-job check-ins, missed call text-backs, and review requests.
Marketing message types. Seasonal service offers, promotions, and service announcements.
Frequency. Varies based on your service activity. Typically one to five messages per month per program.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that program. You will receive one confirmation message after STOP and no further messages in that program.

Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be shared with our SMS service provider (GoHighLevel) only as required to deliver messages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to either SMS program.
