We install and replace light fixtures, ceiling fans, smart thermostats, TV mounts with cord concealment, dimmer switches, USB outlets, smart doorbells and cameras, under-cabinet lighting, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, GFCI outlets, and exhaust fans.

Every TV mount includes the bracket installation, leveling, securing to the wall with appropriate anchors for your wall type, and cord management to conceal the cables. We mount on drywall, tile, brick, and stone. If you have not purchased a mount yet, we can recommend one based on your TV size and wall type.

In most cases, yes. The main requirement is that the electrical box in the ceiling is fan-rated, meaning it can support the weight and vibration of a fan. If it is not, we replace the box with a fan-rated one as part of the installation.

Every project is different depending on scope, materials, and what we find once work begins. We charge $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum, and for larger projects we provide a flat-rate quote upfront so the total cost is clear before we start.

For most jobs, yes. We handle all consumables, hardware, paint, lumber, and standard fixtures. If you have a specific item in mind or have already purchased something, we are happy to install what you have. For larger material purchases, we may ask for prepayment before the job starts.

Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 30-day workmanship commitment. If something is not right, we come back and make it right.
