We handle it! For most standard repairs and installations, we will purchase and supply the necessary building materials, hardware, and fasteners. The cost of materials will be itemized on your quote. For design-specific items (like light fixtures, ceiling fans, or specific paint colors), we ask that the homeowner purchases those in advance.

Our availability fluctuates based on the season, but we can often schedule minor repairs within 3-5 business days. Larger projects may have a lead time of a couple of weeks. If you have an urgent issue, such as a water leak, please call us directly.

We check exterior sealing, roof elements (from the ground/ladder), plumbing fixtures for hidden leaks, HVAC filters, smoke detectors, attic insulation, and more.
