We install dishwashers, over-range microwaves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ranges. We also install range hoods, clean and repair dryer vents, replace washing machine hoses, and re-caulk countertops and backsplashes.

If your washing machine still has the original rubber hoses, yes. Rubber hoses deteriorate over time and are one of the most common causes of indoor flooding. We replace them with braided stainless steel hoses that last significantly longer and resist bursting. It is a quick job that prevents a very expensive problem.

At least once a year. Lint buildup in the dryer vent duct is a leading cause of house fires. We clean the full duct run from the dryer to the exterior hood and inspect the termination point. If your clothes are taking longer than usual to dry, that is a sign the vent is restricted.

Every project is different depending on scope, materials, and what we find once work begins. We charge $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum, and for larger projects we provide a flat-rate quote upfront so the total cost is clear before we start.

For most jobs, yes. We handle all consumables, hardware, paint, lumber, and standard fixtures. If you have a specific item in mind or have already purchased something, we are happy to install what you have. For larger material purchases, we may ask for prepayment before the job starts.
