These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Full House Handyman website at fullhousehandyman.com and the services provided by Full House Handyman ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

About Full House Handyman

Full House Handyman is a residential handyman service operated by LP Benjamin Daniel, located in Carlsbad, CA 92008. We provide repair, maintenance, improvement, and inspection services to residential homeowners throughout San Diego County.

Service Requests and Quotes

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. All work requires a separate written quote or verbal agreement between you and Full House Handyman before any services are performed.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on the actual scope of work discovered during the service visit.

Pricing and Payment

Our standard rate is $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum on all new bookings. Many services are priced on a flat-rate basis, which will be communicated to you in your quote.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 30 days and we will work to resolve the issue at no additional cost. This applies to the craftsmanship of our work and does not cover pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by third parties.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Your Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, disclose any known hazards or conditions that could affect the work, ensure that pets are secured during the service visit, and be available or designate a representative to be present during the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Full House Handyman's total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, data, or profits, arising from or related to our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Full House Handyman and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number on our quote form and checking either SMS consent box, you opt in to the corresponding Full House Handyman SMS program and agree to the following:

Program. Full House Handyman operates two SMS programs: a transactional program for service-related messages, and a marketing program for promotional messages. You can opt in to either, both, or neither.

Transactional message types. Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, quote follow-ups, post-job check-ins, missed call text-backs, and review requests.

Marketing message types. Seasonal service offers, promotions, and service announcements.

Frequency. Varies based on your service activity. Typically one to five messages per month per program.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that program. You will receive one confirmation message after STOP and no further messages in that program.

Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be shared with our SMS service provider (GoHighLevel) only as required to deliver messages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to either SMS program.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Full House Handyman and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved first through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
